Age Transformation: This feature can generate entertaining images of how a person in your uploaded photo might look at different age stages. The generated results are purely algorithmic and artistic simulations with no scientific basis.
Old Photo Restoration: This feature attempts to enhance the clarity and details of blurry, faded, or damaged old photographs.
Baby Prediction: This feature allows you to upload two photos, and based on their facial features, generates a playful simulation of a baby's appearance. This result is for entertainment purposes only and holds no predictive accuracy.
3. Important Disclaimers
For Entertainment Purposes: All images and content generated by the "Age Transformation" and "Baby Prediction" features are designed solely for entertainment and fun. These results do not represent scientific, medical, or factual accuracy and should not be used as a basis for any decision-making.
No Scientific Accuracy: We explicitly state that AI-generated results are algorithmic simulations and cannot guarantee their correspondence to reality or any future outcomes. Users should view the generated content rationally and avoid over-interpretation.
Old Photo Restoration & Copyright: For the "Old Photo Restoration" feature, the App only provides technical processing services. You must ensure that you hold the legal rights or have obtained all necessary permissions for any photos you restore. The App is not responsible for any copyright disputes that may arise from your uploading, restoring, or sharing of photos.
Services "As Is": The App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the services will meet all your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
4. User Conduct and Responsibility
Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Content Rights: You warrant that for all photos you upload to the App for editing, you hold the necessary copyrights, ownership, or usage licenses. You retain all rights to your original photos. You grant the App a limited license to temporarily process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license terminates after the image processing is complete.
Prohibited Content: You must not upload, create, or share any images containing illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, privacy-violating, or otherwise infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any violating content and terminate service for users who violate these terms.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
Photo Processing: We take your privacy very seriously. The photos you upload are used solely within the App to perform the AI processing features you select. After processing is complete, we do not permanently store your original photos or generated results on our servers, except for temporary caching necessary for the service operation.
Photo Library Access: The App requests access to your device's photo library only to allow you to select photos for editing. We do not read or upload other contents from your photo library in the background without your explicit selection.
Data Anonymization: We may collect anonymized, non-personally identifiable usage data to help us improve and optimize the App's performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profits) arising from or related to your use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
